Smart Factory Romania aims to create, develop and implement the vision of Industry 4.0 in a digitized Romanian society.
In order to fulfill its goal, Smart Factory Romania aims to achieve the following objectives:
- promoting and creating synergies between the academia, the industry and the authorities in the area of research, development and innovation, as well as accessing non-reimbursable funding from European funds or other sources for the implementation of projects
- encouraging and stimulating the members of the Association for specialized or training studies, by financing internships in the area of research, development and innovation, both in Romania and abroad, as well as supporting their participation in networks of excellence, research and development clusters / hubs, national and international conferences, seminars and congresses
- creating an Association infrastructure for research, development and innovation, as well as supporting its optimal functioning
- providing specialized assistance and consultancy for institutions and companies in Romania and abroad, by specialized groups set up within the organization
- affiliation with other national or international associations with identical or similar objectives and goals in order to be connected to the latest policies, technologies and trends relevant to the field of production.
